What are the next steps?
A project of this kind takes many years to develop and includes stages such as planning, securing approvals, infrastructure development and construction of homes and amenities.
Currently, we are in the process of creating an outline planning application for Phase 1 of the site. Your feedback will directly contribute to shaping our final masterplan and planning application.
